Ingredients

For the Yule Log

18 slices white bread

4 packsBoursin

300g smoked salmon

30gchives, chopped

30gparsley, chopped

Did someone say Boursin yule log? Made with creamy Boursin, soft white bread and fresh smoked salmon, it’s the super-simple festive centrepiece your Christmas party has been waiting for...

Method

Remove the crusts from your bread and roll your slices of bread until flattened.

Create a large sheet of bread by attaching 9 slices of bread together. Add a generous layer of boursin, then smoked salmon followed by a sprinkle of your fresh herbs. Repeat the process and bring both layers together. Then gently roll the log and place in the fridge to set.

Once chilled, cover your yule log with the Boursin and slice off the ends to neaten the whole thing up. Garnish with fresh herbs and slice and enjoy!
