Boursin Yule Log

This Boursin Yule Log is the perfect sharing dish for any festive occasion!

Ingredients

    For the Yule Log
  • 18 slices white bread
  • 4 packsBoursin
  • 300g smoked salmon
  • 30gchives, chopped
  • 30gparsley, chopped

Method

  • Remove the crusts from your bread and roll your slices of bread until flattened.
  • Create a large sheet of bread by attaching 9 slices of bread together. Add a generous layer of boursin, then smoked salmon followed by a sprinkle of your fresh herbs. Repeat the process and bring both layers together. Then gently roll the log and place in the fridge to set.
  • Once chilled, cover your yule log with the Boursin and slice off the ends to neaten the whole thing up. Garnish with fresh herbs and slice and enjoy!
