Ingredients
- 1 Chocolate Cake box mix
- 3 Eggs
- 230 mlMilk
- 90 mlOil
- 900 gWhite Chocolate
- 300 mlDouble Cream
- 2 tbspHazelnut Spread
- 3 Kinder Buenos
- 5 Kinder Hippos (Optional)
- Chopped Hazelnuts
We're sure you've all seen the viral puddle cakes recently, but instead of just following the trend and trying it out we're of course adding our own little twist. We're making it kinder bueno flavoured!
Method
Line a square or rectangular baking tin with parchment paper and preheat oven to the instructed baking temperature.
For the sponge, follow the directions on the back of the cake box or alternatively bake your personal favourite chocolate cake recipe.
In a large bowl, add the white chocolate then pour over heated double cream. Start till combined, if the white chocolate needs further melting place in the microwave for short bursts of 10 to 15 seconds. Stir through to heat tablespoons of hazelnut spread then place to the side.
In a large container, pour in your white chocolate hazelnut sauce followed by chunks of your chocolate cake.
Drizzle over extra hazelnut sauce followed by chopped hazelnuts, then finish with kinder Bueno pieces.
