Ingredients

  • 4 turkey breast steaks
  • 100 gplain flour
  • 3, beaten eggs
  • 70 gpanko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbspflaked sea salt
  • around 10, finely sliced sprouts
  • 100 gmayonnaise
  • 3 mashed anchovies
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 tspwhite wine vinegar
  • to taste flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • cranberry sauce

For example, this caesar schnitzel could be just the thing - a big schnitzel covered in cranberry sauce and a caesar sprout slaw.

Method

  • If necessary, bash out the turkey breast steaks to even them out and season with sea salt. Dip each one in a bowl containing the flour, then the egg, ensuring you shake off any excess between each ingredient.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs with the sea salt for the final dip. Heat the oil to 180°C. Fry the schnitzels until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Mix the salad ingredients together. Spread some of the cranberry sauce on top of the schnitzel, followed by the caesar slaw. Serve with mash.
  • What do you think of the recipe?
