Chicken Kyiv Burrata

Sorry, a burrata stuffed full of garlic butter and then deep (or air) fried?

Ingredients

  • 3 burrata
  • 100 gbutter, salted
  • 4, finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp, finely chopped parsley
  • 100 gplain flour
  • 3, beaten eggs
  • 50g panko breadcrumbs
  • mash, to serve

Heaven really is a place on earth, and it's in the kitchen where this absolute delight is being made.

Method

  • To start, remove the burrata from their briny baths and allow to dry in the fridge.
  • Whisk together the butter, garlic and parsley and place it either in a piping bag or massive syringe if you have one lying about. It helps to let the butter cool down briefly so it's opaque.
  • Make a small incision and inject the burrata with the butter.
  • Bread the burrata - flour, eggs, panko breadcrumbs.
  • Air fry until cooked through, our deep fry for around a minute if you are feeling naughty. Serve with mash and a sprig of parsley.
