Heaven really is a place on earth, and it's in the kitchen where this absolute delight is being made.
To start, remove the burrata from their briny baths and allow to dry in the fridge.
Whisk together the butter, garlic and parsley and place it either in a piping bag or massive syringe if you have one lying about. It helps to let the butter cool down briefly so it's opaque.
Make a small incision and inject the burrata with the butter.
Bread the burrata - flour, eggs, panko breadcrumbs.
Air fry until cooked through, our deep fry for around a minute if you are feeling naughty. Serve with mash and a sprig of parsley.
