It's like you can't move for spoonable, finely diced dinners. While some of you may see these as essentially grown up baby food, others may see opportunity - you can enjoy all the flavours in one mouthful!
Place the cream cheese, pastrami, sauerkraut and dressing on a board and finely dice with a sharp knife.
Liberally spread the mixture onto the bottom of the bagel and place a slice of cheese on top. If you have a blow torch, time to show off, otherwise just toast the cheese under the grill.
Place the top half of the bagel on top and tuck in.
