Bars of moreish Cinnamon Crunch cereal, bound together with Almond Butter and Honey. Topped with a gooey sweet greek yogurt topping.
In a bowl combine your cereal, nut butter and honey. Mix well.
Line a tray or box with baking paper and pour in the cereal mixture. Flatten and press down with a rubber spatula, then place in the freezer while you prep the topping.
In a new bowl combine greek yogurt, icing sugar and melted coconut oil.
Pour over 80% of your yogurt mixture over the chilled cereal bar, to the remaining yogurt mixture stir in 1 Tbsp of Ground Sweet Cinnamon.
Drip over the yogurt topping and sprinkle over more crushed cinnamon cereal freeze for 1 hour at least.
When firm, slice into bars and store in the freezer to grab when you fancy a sweet treat! (
The yogurt topping is not a fully set topping, it is more of a sticky thick glaze. For a filmer topping switch out the yogurt and icing sugar for melted white chocolate.
