Mojito Cocktail & Cubano Sandwich

Nothing beats a Cubano sandwich! Except when it’s paired with this perfect Mojito recipe

Ingredients

For the Cubano

200groast pork

200gham slices

2sub rolls

3tbspamerican mustard

6 slicesswiss cheese

3dill pickles

1 tbspunsalted butter

For the Mojito cocktail

15mlPepsi MAX Lime

10mint leaves

15mlfresh lime juice

60mlwhite rum

10mlsugar syrup

Fresh mint, zesty lime, white rum and plenty of ice! All the ingredients for a classic mojito drink but ours has a Twist! We’ve topped in with Pepsi MAX Lime for extra zing and goodness! With it I’ve suggested the perfect Cubano sandwich recipe with roast pork, ham, pickles and cheese - you can’t beat this combo!

Method

Melt some unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat.

Spread both sides of the bread with mustard, then add the pork, ham, pickles, and cheese.

Add to the pan and toast until golden brown and the cheese is melted, adding more butter if you need

Enjoy with a Pepsi MAX Lime Mojito!

For the cocktail - Lightly muddle the mint leaves in a glass before adding rum, lime, and sugar syrup.

Add crushed ice, and stir. Top up with a dash of Pepsi MAX Lime.
