We all love an easter egg, but let be honest here - there is so much unused space inside that tasty shell we've decided to make use of it the best way we can! First we fill with moist chocolate cake crumbs, drizzle over a smooth milk chocolate ganache sauce, then we top the whole thing with chocolate cornflake and mini eggs!
Pour heated single cream over milk chocolate in a bowl, stir until combined, then leave to cool.
Carefully split an easter egg and fill with chocolate sponge crumb around 3/4 full. Then drizzle over a couple of spoonfuls of your chocolate sauce.
In a large bowl add Corn Flakes and crushed Mini Eggs, then pour over some of chocolate sauce. You may not need all of it, just enough so all the flakes are coated.
Spoon the cornflake mixture onto your filled egg halves. Decorate with more mini eggs and enjoy!
