Creme Egg Choc Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients

  • 7 Creme Eggs
  • 220 gSalted Butter
  • 210 gLight Brown Sugar
  • 230 gSugar
  • 1 tbspVanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 500 gPlain Flour
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  • 300 gChocolate Chips
  • 1 tspSea Salt

It's everywhere. Cookie pies have taken over the internet and here's ours! Instead of adding just boring chocolate, we've made the only logical choice - filled each cookie ball with a creme egg. Get ready for crispy cookie edges, chewy cookie dough all wrapped around a melty fondant chocolate center.

Method

  • Preheat oven to 190ÂșC and grease a baking dish.
  • Cream together the butter and sugars, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips then combine.
  • Take a creme egg, wrap it in cookie dough and place into the dish. Continue until all the creme eggs are added.
  • Bake for around 20 minutes until the top is golden and crispy. Leave to cool slightly and enjoy!
