It's everywhere. Cookie pies have taken over the internet and here's ours! Instead of adding just boring chocolate, we've made the only logical choice - filled each cookie ball with a creme egg. Get ready for crispy cookie edges, chewy cookie dough all wrapped around a melty fondant chocolate center.
Preheat oven to 190ÂșC and grease a baking dish.
Cream together the butter and sugars, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips then combine.
Take a creme egg, wrap it in cookie dough and place into the dish. Continue until all the creme eggs are added.
Bake for around 20 minutes until the top is golden and crispy. Leave to cool slightly and enjoy!
