Crispy Rice Paper Sausage Bites
We saw this trend and thought it work great as....15 minutes prep

Ingredients
- 1 packetsausages
- 3 sheets rice paper
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp balsamic
- to taste sea salt
- to taste freshly ground black pepper
SAUSAGE ROLLS. Well, sort of sausage rolls!
Method
Squeeze the sausages from their casings and place in a piping bag.
Separately dip the rice paper sheets in the water and place on a chopping board. Pipe the sausage onto one end and roll up to form a tight cylinder, then air fry
