Devilled Egg BLT Sliders

Everyone loves a devilled egg. These ones are extra special, topped with crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes!

Ingredients

    What you'll need:
  • 6eggs
  • 2 tbspmayo
  • 1 tspAmerican mustard
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspcelery salt
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 4streaky bacon rashers
  • 1 headbaby gem lettuce, sliced
  • 5cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

This is an easy, light, one bite BLT perfect for breakfast or lunch!

Method

  • Start by hard boiling your eggs - about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the bacon to your liking. We like to bake at 180 C for 30 minutes, flipping half way.
  • Plunge into an ice bath, then peel the shells off. Slice in half, then pop the yolks out into a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, garlic powder, celery salt, paprika, and vinegar, then mash together with a fork.
  • Pipe or spoon back into the cooked egg whites. Sprinkle each egg half with salt and pepper, then pile on bacon, lettuce, and tomato, followed by another egg half. Enjoy!
