Remember everyone making Dalgona iced coffees, well this is our twist on it. A single serving of tiramisu when you really fancy a sweet treat!
Add coffee and honey to a bowl with a little hot water, then whisk on a medium speed until light and fluffy. The place in the freezer overnight if possible.
In a small bowl mix mascarpone and double cream then pour into your desired glass. Add in broken ladyfinger biscuits and then pour over a fresh shot of espresso.
Add a scoop of the frozen dalgona coffee mix on top and finish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
