See this as the ultimate smashed gnocchi - it's crispy, chewy and sort of but also entirely unlike a pizza.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Take the cooked, steaming gnocchi and pour them onto a lined baking tray. Place some aside for the rim. Place another piece of baking paper on top and use a rolling pin to roll the gnocchi together into one sheet. Get a 23cm cake tin and cut around (or just shape it with your hands).
Stick some gnocchi around the edges to make the pizza rim, then drizzle with olive oil and roast until crispy before building the pizza as normal - we've suggested pizza sauce and pepperoni but really this is your pizza so make it however you wish.
Return to the oven until cheese is melted and the pizza is cooked to your liking. Cover with parm and eat.
