Is there anything more delicious sounding than a sheet of butter melted onto just cooked, soft melty doughballs all smushed together to make a loaf?
Use a food processor to blitz the nori until finely chopped. Or chop with a knife. Add the butter, gochujang, honey and lime juice and blend until completely combined.
Spread between two sheets of baking paper to make a rectangle, then chill until hard.
While chilling, divide the dough into roughly 40g chunks and roll them around a cube of mozzarella.
Place them in a greased medium sized baking tray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Remove the butter from its baking paper and carefully place it on top of the buns for a remaining few minutes.
