Ingredients
- 150 gOreos
- 3 pint tubsIce Cream (Various Flavours)
Probably the easiest dessert to make and perfect for whenever the next heatwave will arrive! You can just those leftover bit of tubs you have sitting in the bottom of your freezer or buy some pots especially for this!
Method
Crush Oreos in a bowl and press half into the base of a lined loaf tin.
Fill the loaf tin with various scoops of ice cream flavours (your choice) then press down firmly using baking paper.
Cover the top of the ice cream with the remaining crushed Oreo crumb and placed back in the freezer to set overnight.
