Ice Tray Marvelous Creation Bites

Ingredients
- 300 gChocolate (Your choice)
- 200 mlDouble Cream
- 1 tspVanilla Extract
- 135 mlCondensed MIlk
- Jelly Beans
- Popping Candy
Sometimes the oldies are the goodies and this is no exception. Everyone's made Ice cream bites using an ice tray at some point but we've been inspired by the marvelous creations chocolate bars. Think popping candy, jelly beans and creamy vanilla ice cream.
Method
Melt your chocolate of choice and fill a plastic ice tray. Pour out the chocolate to leave a chocolate shell then place in the fridge to set.
In a bowl combine double cream, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Whisk until soft peaks then add a spoonful of ice cream into each compartment of the ice tray leaving a little space at the top to seal. Add in jelly beans.
In your remaining melted chocolate add in some of the popping candy. Spoon this oven the ice cream to seal the chocolate bites then place in the freezer until set.
