The days of buying a simple chocolate bar are over, now we all can make our own delicious creations at home! We've kicked off with a sunday morning staple - the lemon blueberry muffin! We've filled our dark chocolate bar with lemon curd, lemon muffin pieces and topped with a blueberry coconut cream filled with fresh blueberries.
Melt dark chocolate in a bowl and coat the inside of a chocolate bar mold. Freeze to set.
In a food processor blend together coconut cream, frozen blueberries, roasted cashews and honey.
In the chocolate mold spread over lemon curd then sprinkle with lemon muffin pieces. If needed chill in the fridge afterwards.
Pour over the blueberry mixture and then add fresh blueberries on top.
Seal in with a layer of dark chocolate and place in the freezer till set.
