Got some croissants going stale? Slap on creamy 'nduja, bang them in the air fryer and finish with honey and jalapeños. An elite spicy bite.
Mix cream cheese and 'nduja paste in a bowl til nicely marbled, but not completely combined.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Dollop a heaped tablespoon of the cream cheese mix onto each of the sliced croissants, spreading right to the edges. Then, carefully nestle them in the drawer of the air fryer and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer once the 'nduja cream cheese has baked a little on top and has started to seep into the croissants.
Drizzle with honey, sprinkle over a little flaky sea salt and top with slices of fresh jalapeño.
