Parma Ham Wrapped Pesto Stuffed Burrata

Yeah that's right, we've got the big old pesto syringe out again and we're not apologising for it.

Ingredients

  • 3 burrata
  • 200 mlpesto
  • 6 or so stripsparma ham
  • 400 gmarinara sauce
  • 8 or so leavesjulienned basil

That's because it's the perfect way to inject pesto right into the heart of things, right where it belongs. We're unapologetic about our toxic pesto habit, especially when it comes to burrata. Wrap it up in ham, briefly whack it in the airfryer until gooey and serve on a bed of marinara. You deserve this.

Method

  • Remove the burrata from it's packaging and lay each one on top of a cross of parma ham. Place the pesto in a big syringe (or piping bag), cut a small hole in the burrata and inject it.
  • Carefully bring up the ham to wrap up the burrata. Air fry for around 7 minutes at 200*C until the ham crisps up in places.
  • Serve on a bed of marinara with the basil garnish.
