Salt and Vinegar Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients

  • 300 gMarshmallows
  • 2 TubesPringles (Salt and Vinegar)
  • 115 gUnsalted Butter
  • 100 gMilk chocolate

Chocolate and pringles together is going a bit viral recently, but what if we add marshmallow? Chewy, crunchy, sweet, salty - this bar has it all.

Method

  • Line a tin with parchment paper and leave to one side.
  • Melt together the marshmallows and 90g of the butter and combine.
  • Add in the pringles to the marshmallow mix and fold in well then spoon into the lined tin. Press down with a rubber spatula carefully to create a level layer.
  • Melt chocolate with the remaining butter and drizzle over the top, use as much or as little as you prefer.
  • Chill tin the fridge until firm, usually 30 mins. Slice and enjoy!
