Chocolate and pringles together is going a bit viral recently, but what if we add marshmallow? Chewy, crunchy, sweet, salty - this bar has it all.
Line a tin with parchment paper and leave to one side.
Melt together the marshmallows and 90g of the butter and combine.
Add in the pringles to the marshmallow mix and fold in well then spoon into the lined tin. Press down with a rubber spatula carefully to create a level layer.
Melt chocolate with the remaining butter and drizzle over the top, use as much or as little as you prefer.
Chill tin the fridge until firm, usually 30 mins. Slice and enjoy!
