Extra spicy hot chicken flavour Buldak ramen, super stringy mozzarella, and crispy rice paper, makes for one hell of a snack! Just make sure you have a glass of cold milk beside you...
Start by cooking our noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, or until they become untangled and soft. Place them in a bowl and add the sauce and seasoning sachets from the Ramen packs and give it all a mix.
Soak the rice paper in a large plate or bowl, with cold water for a minute or two, until they become soft and flexible.
Start with a slice of mozzarella, then a spoonful of the spicy noodles, then a handful of grated mozzarella.
Fold over the sides, and then fold over the top and bottom of the rice paper to create a little parcel.
Place a tsp of frying oil in a non-stick pan, and once hot, add your noodle parcels, seam side down first, and fry for a couple minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and repeat, and enjoy whilst hot!!
