Tiramisu Kebab

We saw this online and thought - what better way could there be to while away a workday that construct one ourselves? And ladies and gentleman, we are so glad we did.

Ingredients

    Mascarpone:
  • 750 gmascarpone
  • 100 gcaster sugar
  • Coffee Syrup:
  • 20 gcocoa powder
  • 150 mlespresso
  • 100 mlcoffee liqueur
  • vanilla extra
  • Other Stuff:
  • lots ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder

That's because although it seems a bit silly, making a tiramisu kebab is probably the most sensible thing you can do with your time in March 2026. It also works - it's a very efficient way of consuming a tiramisu.

Method

  • Whisk the mascarpone and sugar together until completely combined.
  • Whisk the ingredients for the syrup together. Dip a few biscuits in the syrup to begin building the kebab. Don't soak them too much or they'll collapse.
  • On a plate (or better still, a spinning inverted lazy Susan), begin building the kebab! Be careful it doesn't fall over and quit while you are ahead or the weight of it will cause the bottom of the tower to collapse.
  • Eat straight away.
