2 ingredients. No really, just two. Grab yourself some melons and 2 cups of honey and you get this super easy sorbet that is PERFECT for the upcoming heatwave.
Hollow out all three melon halves and place the insides in separate bowls.
To the watermelon pieces add 340ml of honey and blend, pouring the mix back into the watermelon shell and cover with cling film.
Do the same to the other two melons adding 170ml of honey to each.
Freeze the melons overnight stirring occasionally if possible.
Leave out for a short while before serving if too frozen to scoop.
