A light whipped feta dip topped with hot honey spiked with extra chilli flakes, served with a topping of crushed pistachio nuts.
In a blender combine Feta (cut into cubes), Greek Yogurt and Olive Oil until smooth.
Pour in to a clean jar.
Combine Hot Honey with extra chilli if needed and then pour over the top of the whipped feta.
Spoon into the center a large teaspoon of crushed pistachios.
Chill in the fridge till time to use.
Serve with freshly toasted Pita Bread triangles.
