Whipped Feta Hot Honey Jar

Ingredients

  • 200gFeta
  • 200gGreek Yogurt
  • 2 to 3 TbspOlive Oil
  • 50gHot Honey
  • 2 tspChilli Flakes
  • 1 Heaped Tbsp Pistachios
  • 3Pita Breads

A light whipped feta dip topped with hot honey spiked with extra chilli flakes, served with a topping of crushed pistachio nuts.

Method

  • In a blender combine Feta (cut into cubes), Greek Yogurt and Olive Oil until smooth.
  • Pour in to a clean jar.
  • Combine Hot Honey with extra chilli if needed and then pour over the top of the whipped feta.
  • Spoon into the center a large teaspoon of crushed pistachios.
  • Chill in the fridge till time to use.
  • Serve with freshly toasted Pita Bread triangles.
