It’s Pasta Aisle Week! This week Tom heads down to the virtual Shelf Life Forest to forage some ingredients for the best vegetarian date night dinner there ever was! Inspired by a romantic trip to Venice and the famous dish Bigoli In Salsa, this recipe features slow-braised onions, double mushrooms for extra umami richness, parmesan, dried chilli and lots of garlic. Oh, and fresh tagliatelle.
