- Promoter: Jungle Creations Limited (publisher of Twisted), 6 Batty St, London E1 1RH (“Twisted”).
- By participating in Pinterest x Twisted’s "Giveaway" prize draw (the "Prize Draw"), you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").
- These Terms apply to your participation in the Prize Draw so please read them carefully before taking part.
- Entry to the Prize Draw is open to all individuals who are:
- UK residents;
- aged 18 and over; and
- registered users of a valid Instagram or Facebook account,
- at time of entry into the Prize Draw, except employees of Pinterest, Twisted or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
- Twisted reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and compliance with these Terms. Twisted may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.
- Internet access, an Instagram or Facebook account set to public (to permit direct messages from Twisted) and an email address are required to enter the Prize Draw.
- Entry into the Prize Draw is free. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
- Use of Instagram or Facebook shall be governed by the Meta standard terms and conditions (see, https://www.meta.com/gb/legal/supplemental-terms-of-service/).
- The promotional period runs from 11.00 on 15.10.2024 to 23:59 on 20.10.2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
- At the start of the Promotional Period, Twisted will post a "call to action" feed post on its Instagram and Facebook page (@Twisted) promoting the Prize Draw (the "Feed Post").
- To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:
- log into their Instagram or Facebook account;
- follow the @Twisted and @PinterestUK (Instagram) or @PinterestUK (Facebook) account on Instagram or Facebook;
- "like" the Feed Post; and
- comment on the Feed Post tagging a friend who also has a valid Instagram or Facebook account.
- during the Promotional Period. Entries made after this time will not be valid and will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
- The instructions provided in the Feed Post form part of the Terms of this Prize Draw. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence.
- Multiple entries are permitted throughout the Promotional Period.
- Entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, delayed, lost or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms or which Twisted cannot identify due to the participant's entry being removed or filtered from search or the suspension or termination of the participant's Instagram or Facebook account (whether due to failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com / www.facebook.com or any other reason) will not be accepted.
- Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
- Twisted may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant it suspects of being non-compliant with these Terms or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the spirit of the Prize Draw. This includes any individual found to be attempting to tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw.
- If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw, your request should be made in writing to Twisted at [email protected].
- There will be one (1) winner selected at random from the total pool of valid entries received via Instagram and Facebook. For the avoidance of doubt, there is one prize across both platforms.
- Unless otherwise stated, the winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Twisted reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- To notify the winner, Twisted will:
- reply to the winner's comment in the comments section of the Feed Post asking them to check their private messages; and
- send the winner a private message;
- Twisted will ask the winner to provide their name, telephone number and email address. Twisted and/or its agency will provide details of the prize to the winner using these contact details.
- It is the responsibility of participants to check their Instagram or Facebook account and messages. Twisted cannot be held responsible for winners failing to check their private messages.
- The winner will win a one (1) Out of this world giveaway prize.
- The Prize includes:
- 1 x £200 Takeaway voucher (Uber Eats OR Deliveroo)
- 1 x Chilli oil
- 1 x noodle sauce
- 1 x Shakshuka sauce
- 1 x tomato passata
- 1 x black pasta
- 1 x red pasta
- 1 x crispy spicy shallots
- 1 x asian rub powder
- 1 x set of chopsticks
- 1 x olive oil
- 1 x feta stuffed olives
- The Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- the Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable;
- the winner must not seek to sell the Prize or advertise the Prize for sale, including on any digital platform or social media platform;
- there is no cash or other alternative to the Prize;
- Twisted reserves its right to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control;
- the winner must be aged 18 or over;
- all elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time;
- the Prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
- if the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the Prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
- the winner will need to adhere to any other terms and conditions and/or disclaimers provided as part of the Prize;
- the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity relating to the Prize Draw as required by Twisted, including (without limitation) a social media post revealing the winner of the Prize;
- Twisted accepts no responsibility for any items lost or stolen during transit;
- the winner shall be responsible for any expenses incurred in the general use and enjoyment of the Prize;
- The winner acknowledges and agrees that neither Twisted, nor any of its employees, agents or subcontractors shall have any liability to the winner whatsoever in connection with the winner’s use and/or possession of the Prize, provided that nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of any party for personal injury or death caused by negligence or for anything else which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- The Prize excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the details above and in particular, except as specified above, does not include:
- Cooking accessories
- Space suit
- spending money;
- Other recipe ingredients
- The winner may be required to produce a valid form of government issued ID on request by Twisted.
- Twisted reserves the right to verify the age of the winner by requesting copies of valid photo identification. If identification provided for the winner is under 18 years old, the Prize will be forfeited. Any failure by a winner to respond to requests for identification and/or permission may result in the Prize being forfeited.
- Any decision of Twisted as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Twisted reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
- The surname and the county of the winner will be available on request for one month after the prizes have been claimed by sending an email to [email protected]. The winner may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to [email protected] at any point up until they claim the Prize. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
- By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that their personal data will be used by Twisted for the sole purpose of administering the Prize Draw and in accordance with our Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice can be found at https://junglecreations.com/privacy-policy/
- The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Pinterest and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By entering this prize draw, you acknowledge and accept that Twisted is the sole promoter in relation to this promotion.
- Participants acknowledge and accept Meta will not have any liability to the participants and the participants and winners fully release Meta from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
- This Prize Draw is run by Twisted. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta or associated with Meta and participants and winners are providing information to Twisted NOT Meta for use by Twisted in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
