McDonald's launches 'Friends' Happy Meal for you to eat when you are 'on a break'

You can learn a lot about a person from two key things - their favourite Friends character and their McDonald’s order.
Here’s a great new way to get both observations, with a themed meal coming to UK stores!
'Friends' meal to hit UK McDonald’s stores
Sure, it’s not Central Perk, but it might perk up a few Friends fans from those long winter blues to learn that a meal inspired by the hugely popular sitcom is coming to Maccies stores across the UK from Tuesday 3rd February.
But - we hear you ask - what does this actually mean?
Well, it means that there are some themed additions to the menu such as Monica’s Marinara sauce, as well as some collectible items and special exclusive content on the McDonald’s app.
Available across the nation, the meal includes a Big Mac, nine McNuggets, a McPlant, and french fries with a choice of carbonated drink.
What’s more, there are six collectible characters that come with the meal, which - as you can probably guess - are all of your favourites.
There’s Rachel serving coffee, Ross with his beloved monkey Marcel, Monica in her chef whites, and Chandler and Joey with their chick and duck.
If you want to get your hands on one of those collectibles, all you have to do is buy a Friends meal, and it will be there for you.

If you use the McDonald’s App or are a rewards customer, you can win exclusive Freinds goodies including special mugs, meaning that you can enjoy your morning coffee in true Central Perk style.
There are a number of special deals as well.
If, unlike Joey, you do share food, then there’s the Chicken Sharebox and McNuggets Sharebox complete with special new design.
What’s more, there are new Pizza Mozzarella Dippers and Monica’s Marinara to be added to the menu.
So, gather your friends and get down to McDonald’s from February 3rd for a special treat.
