PSA: Greggs has launched a brand new vegan bake

Greggs has dropped a brand new vegan chicken bake and its available in shops nationwide from today.

Named the Vegan Mexican Chicken Free-Bake, it joins Greggs’ already extensive plant-based offering, and if their track record is anything to go by, it’s sure to be another banger.

The bake is made with THIS! vegan chicken-free pieces, mixed vegetables and Mexican-style tomato sauce all crammed into a flaky pastry case with a cheese-flavour crumb.

Greggs announced the news on Twitter today (20th April), and it’s safe to say that people were excited.

Say adios to boring lunches and hola to our brand new Vegan Mexican Chicken-free Bake.

“Oooooooohhhh,” gushed one person in the comments.

Whilst another wrote: “Cannot wait to get one.”

“Omg finally, I’m a happy man,” chimed in a third.

There were a lot of people asking for a normal vegan chicken bake as well, claiming that they missed the old classic now they’d cut out meat.
