McDonald’s is launching its January sale today, and some of the discounts are absolutely huge.
Yup, the fast food giant is offering loads of your favourite menu items for less over the next two weeks, as a little new year treat to get us through those inevitable January blues.
Starting today (Monday 16th), the sale is happening exclusively on the McDonald’s app, so you’ll need to download it here to be eligible to any savings.
Every day until January 27th there is going to be a different promotion running, so, be warned, you might end up eating a lot of Maccies.
But, hey, if you can’t do it in dreary January, when can you? We all deserve a pick-me-up.

Discounts vary day by day, but some of the best offerings include 10 percent off when you spend £10 and the opportunity to buy a core menu item for only £1.49. Bargain.
Core items are essentially any of the main menu items that aren’t seasonal – so, the Big Mac and the McCrispy both fall within the deal.
So far, the folks at McDonald’s have revealed the discounts on offer over the next week.
You can peruse those below:
- Monday, January 16 – £1.49 for a Core Item
- Tuesday, January 17 – 15% off with £10 minimum spend
- Wednesday, January 18 – Spend £15, save £5
- Thursday, January 19 – £1.99 for a Core Item
- Friday, January 20 – 10% off with £10 minimum spend
- Saturday, January 21 – £1.99 for a Core Item
- Sunday, January 22 – £1.99 for a Core Item
You can select these deals on the app to make a collection or delivery order (although it’s worth noting that if you choose the latter, you’ll still have to pay for it to be delivered).
