Twisted: Unserious food tastes seriously good.

Here in the UK, many of us deem baked beans a beloved Full English Breakfast staple, but around the world, it’s fair to say they’ve proved somewhat divisive.

Not everyone gets them, and we’d go as far to say that some (misguided) people find the idea of repulsive.

So, to them we say…have you seen this absolutely massive one?!

Yep, for some reason two guys on the internet decided to create a giant baked bean, dubbing it the Heinz Big Bean.

Honestly, we can’t decide if we’re impressed, disconcerted or hungry…

“I made what the world wasn’t waiting for…Big Bean,” one of them wrote on Reddit – and, well, you can just imagine the reaction that followed.

“This makes me feel sick in a way I’ve never experienced before,” said one.

Whilst another wrote: “May God have mercy on us all!”

“My worst f*cking nightmare mate,” chimed in somebody else.

As a fourth penned: “I feel so unwell looking at it but I also can’t stop laughing.”

Despite some unease, others were into it, with one dubbing it a “work of art, a masterpiece, a statement of British culture and a modern take on gourmet food”.

Others even begun planning the best way to use it.

“I was thinking cut a big slab, put it on toast with an egg,” one suggested.

As another said: “Now cut a hollow into a crusty loaf and slide this big boy in there.”

When Heinz UK caught sight of it, you can bet they were a little shook, too.

“Just when you thought beans couldn’t get any better,” they joked, sharing their social team reacting on TikTok.

The baked bean has been shared all over social media after surfacing on Reddit and the guys who created it have even done interviews.

It was made by using two tins of Heinz baked beans that were mashed together.

The mush was then moulded into the shape of a giant bean, and tomato sauce was poured on top.

Whatever you think of the Heinz Big Bean, we bet there’s a small part of you that wants to try it.

Brb whilst we try and knock one of these up…
