Twisted: Unserious food tastes seriously good.

We’ve all fantasised about finding a way to bottle our favourite dishes. Who wouldn’t want to capture everything that’s brilliant about a meal so you could sprinkle it over something that wasn’t quite living up to expectations?

Fortunately for anyone who has ever wanted to make everything taste of their favourite breakfast cereal, this fantasy is now a reality. In an exciting announcement, beloved morning staple Cinnamon Toast Crunch has revealed plans for the best thing to happen to seasoning since salt and pepper. Say goodbye to bland breakfasts and hello to Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning.

According to a press release, the new blend will combine sugar, cinnamon and a hint of vanilla to help give your next meal a sweet and subtly spicy kick. Set to launch on September 1st, Cinnadust looks set to be the best way to make breakfast exciting since mini pancake cereal.

In a statement accompanying the announcement, the brand revealed:

“This new seasoning is more complex than traditional cinnamon sugar mixes. It consists of the cereal’s famous cinnamon sugar blend, paired with sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, and graham that combine to capture the unmistakable taste of a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.”

To begin with, the seasoning will only be available at Sam’s Club, initially in 13.75 oz containers. One sprinkler will set you back $5.48, although other stores and retailers will begin to stock the seasoning in early 2021, according to a Cinnamon Toast Crunch representative.

Given how used we’ve all become to cayenne, paprika and garlic powder, it was about time that we got a sugary equivalent that could stack up. Here’s hoping that the seasoning lives up to its potential as a genuine breakfast gamechanger.
