Ingredients

  • 60mlInch's Cloudy Cider
  • 30mlcherry brandy
  • 1egg white
  • 1 tspagave nectar
  • 25mllemon juice
  • 1 cherry
  • 1 granny smith apple

Blending cherry liqueur and Inch's Cloudy apple cider for a refreshing sweet-sour sip and a smooth finish.

Method

  • Add the ingredients (minus the ice) to a cocktail shaker and shake for around 20 seconds (this will give the cocktail a great foam).
  • Add the ice and shake until the shaker is almost too cold to hold. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • To make the garnish, cut the apple quarter into thin half moons and impale on a cocktail stick, wrapping it around the cherry to keep it in the middle.
  • What do you think of the recipe?

When he's not cooking or eating he can be found mudlarking by the river Thames, buying bits in flea markets and hanging out with his cat Keith.
