Blending cherry liqueur and Inch's Cloudy apple cider for a refreshing sweet-sour sip and a smooth finish.
Add the ingredients (minus the ice) to a cocktail shaker and shake for around 20 seconds (this will give the cocktail a great foam).
Add the ice and shake until the shaker is almost too cold to hold. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.Â
To make the garnish, cut the apple quarter into thin half moons and impale on a cocktail stick, wrapping it around the cherry to keep it in the middle.
