Ingredients

Everything you'll need:

1 watermelon

1 honeydew melon

1mango

6strawberries

handful of blueberries

handful of raspberries

1 canfruit cocktail

handful ofice

200mlstrawberry milk

200mllemonade

A fruit salad with a twist! A combo of different melons, mango, mixed berries and canned fruit, all covered with strawberry milk and lemonade, and served in a watermelon! Summer suddenly feels so close.

Method

Super simple! Start by cutting and hollowing out the watermelon, ready to serve in and dicing the flesh. Cut the honeydew melon in half, remove the seeds and use a melon baller to make little balls of honeydew.

Cut up the mango and strawberries into bitesized pieces, before adding all the fruit into the hollowed out watermelon.

Add ice, followed by the can of fruit cocktail, the strawberry milk and lemonade.

This can be served and eating like this - a really refreshing way to eat a fruit salad. However, if you're more into smoothies, blend this up straight in the watermelon, and drink away! This makes for a sweet, yet tangy and fresh smoothie, perfect for the start of the day, or a little pick-me-up later on!
