'Wine backpacks' are now a thing so you can pour a glass on the move

Festival season is approaching, and we've just found an essential item to bring along.

Carrying around a bottle of vino is hardly practical when you're traipsing through a field in wellies, but now there's a solution.

Did you know that a wine backpack exists, which allows you to carry around wine on the go, and even comes with a funnel to pour yourself a glass whenever you want.

The wine backpack comes with a hard case, and stores two bottles of wine inside it.

There's also an additional pouch that you can pour an entire bottle of wine into, which comes with a spout that allows you to decant on the move.

The spout is concealed by a magnetic flap, meaning you can pour yourself a wine and ensure there's no spillage.

The wine backpack first appeared on US business show, Shark Tank, and is described as "a party on your back." Sign us up!

The product's name needs some work... it's currently known as the Vin Xplorer Wine and Beverage Backpack. It doesn't exactly have a ring to it, does it?

But the concept? We're absolutely sold.

On Shark Tank, the wine backpack sadly didn't get an investment from any of the panel, but it has won some custom from us.

And we're not the only ones! It has since gone viral after being shared on @favoritefinds_ Instagram and TikTok.

"Need that," wrote someone in the comments after seeing the backpack in action.

While another wrote: "This is awesome. NEED one."

It's an investment, setting you back $199.95 (£160), but for that you get one Vin2Go bottle case as well as two 1.5-litre pouches.

We have a feeling whoever brings this to the festival is gonna be the most popular person in the crowd...
