You can now get Ferrero Rocher ice cream sticks

Thought Fererro Rochers were just for Christmas? And did you believe ice creams were just for summer?

Well, this new mash-up promises to throw both of those assumptions on their heads. Introducing Ferrero Rocher ice creams sticks.

The new products are landing in UK supermarkets next month, and come as the result of a collaboration between Raffaello and Ferrero Rocher.

We can expect the Ferrero Rocher ice creams to come in three flavours – Ferrero Rocher Classic, Ferrero Rocher Dark and Raffaello.

Like the nutty chocolate, the ice creams will be round, and the shell will be dotted with hazelnuts. When bitten into, there will be a rich hazelnut ice cream and a cocoa and hazelnut swirl, too. Ooooft.

Whilst the Classic option will feature a milk chocolate shell and hazelnuts ice cream, the dark will (unsurprisingly) offer the same with a dark chocolate shell.

As for the Raffaello ice cream? You can expect that to have coconut flavoured ice cream inside a crispy white chocolate exterior, with coconut and almond pieces in the mix, too.

“Our dedicated team of experts have spent years crafting the recipes, inspired by two of our iconic and much-loved brands – Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello.

“We’re looking forward to our fans trying the ice creams and experiencing the unique and iconic tastes of our brands in a new and exciting way!”

You’ll be able to get your hands on the ice cream sticks in Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury’s stores up and down the UK in March.

They’ll be selling for an RRP of £2 for a single stick and £4.75 for a multipack with four in it.

We can expect further roll-out of the ice creams in Spring and Summer, with Iceland stocking up on them in April and Lidl in June.
