Pulled Pork 3 Ways: Chilli Crisp Noodles

Saucy pulled pork noodles with chilli oil, black vinegar, and soy sauce - a perfect easy midweek meal once you've prepped the pork!

Ingredients

  • 2spoonfuls of the pulled pork
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspblack vinegar
  • 1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  • 200gwheat noodles
  • 1 tbspchilli crisp, or to taste
  • Spring onions, sliced
  • Extra sesame seeds, to garnish

Method

  • Add a couple of spoonfuls of the pulled pork, along with some of the sauce, to your pan over medium heat.
  • Add your chilli crisp, soy, vinegar, and sesame seeds, and give it a good mix. Adjust the spice and vinegar levels to your preference!
  • Add the cooked noodles, then toss well to coat.
  • Garnish with the spring onions and sesame seeds, and dig in!
