Ingredients

What you'll need:

1 filo pastry

150gbutter

3 onions, caramelised

3 blocks feta

3 tbspeverything seasoning

3 tbsphoney

Not only that, but these are also stuffed full of of feta and caramelised onion.

Method

Carefully bring the filo to room temperature and unroll the package. Place a damp tea towel over the top to keep them from drying out - this happens very fast, so watch out!

Brush them with butter and top with another filo sheet. Repeat three times.

Place the feta in the middle and top with caramelised onions, then fold up the sides to make a tight little filo package.

Bake for around 30 mins.

Drizzle with honey and scatter with the everything seasoning.

Eat at once!
