Ingredients

Everything you'll need:

4whole corns ears

4 tbspDoritos Sour Cream and Chive Dip

1Doritos Cool Original

1 tspsmoked paprika

1 tspchilli powder

handful of feta, crumbled

1lime

20gfresh coriander leaves

We're taking a classic Mexican street food classic, elotes, and shaking things up, with Doritos, to make this easy, but so rewarding dinner snack. And it only takes 10 minutes.

Method

Firstly clean off any bits that may be on the corn ears, before charring them over an open flame, or under the grill. Timings may differ but we're looking for even charring all over the corn.

Whilst allowing them to cool slightly, open a bag of Doritos Cool Original, give them a slight bash till they resemble a fine crumb, before adding in and mixing the paprika and chilli powder.

Brush the corn with Doritos Sour Cream and Chive Dip, before dropping them into the bag of crushed Doritos and shaking till completely covered.

Stack all of the corn on a plate, and garnish with crumbled feta, sliced chilli and fresh coriander, and just before eating, hit them with a little splash of lime juice.
