Lay out the sheet of puff pastry and sprinkle with golden sugar.
Lay on top thin slices of bacon and then sprinkle over more sugar again to to coat the bacon.
Slice the puff pastry along between the bacon slices to create strips then twist each one.
Place on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 200ÂșC for 20 mins.
Drizzle over melted dark chocolate and sprinkle over sea salt to finish.
