The perfect side dish to share with your friends, or to just eat all on your own...
Start by adding the butter and chorizo to a pan over medium/high heat. Once the chorizo is crispy and the butter has turned a deep red colour, drain the chorizo from the butter. This is also a good time to preheat the oven to 180 C.
To the butter, add garlic, chilli, garlic powder, chives, parsley, and salt.
Cut the loaf into a cross hatch pattern, in a series of parallel lines to create squares.
Stuff all the nooks and crannies with cheese and chorizo bits, then brush over the garlic butter.
Pop into the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the top is brown.
Finish with more chives, and dig in!
