  • 1 tbspchives, finely chopped

The perfect side dish to share with your friends, or to just eat all on your own...

Method

  • Start by adding the butter and chorizo to a pan over medium/high heat. Once the chorizo is crispy and the butter has turned a deep red colour, drain the chorizo from the butter. This is also a good time to preheat the oven to 180 C.
  • To the butter, add garlic, chilli, garlic powder, chives, parsley, and salt.
  • Cut the loaf into a cross hatch pattern, in a series of parallel lines to create squares.
  • Stuff all the nooks and crannies with cheese and chorizo bits, then brush over the garlic butter.
  • Pop into the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the top is brown.
  • Finish with more chives, and dig in!
