Chilli Non Carne Tostadas

These tostadas are the perfect way to upgrade your Ben’s chilli non carne, with zingy avocado crema, fried tortillas, and smokey chilli. Delicious!

Crunchy, creamy, smokey - this is a match made in heaven. Serving your chilli on top of crispy fried tortillas takes it to the next level!


Begin by making your avocado crema. In a blender add an avocado, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth and set to one side

To make the tostadas, you need to crisp the tortillas. Heat a medium frying pan with a little bit of oil, place the tortillas in the pan one by one and cook on each side until golden brown and crispy. Once cooked remove from the pan and place onto a piece of kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil.

Next, heat up your Ben's Original Chilli Non Carne according to the packet instructions.

To assemble your tostada, place a couple of spoonfuls of the Ben’s Original Chilli Non Carne on the crisp tortillas followed by a drizzle of your avocado crema, the pickled onions, red chilli and coriander. Enjoy!
