  • 50ml Southern Comfort Black
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Egg White
  • 25ml Black Cherry Juice
  • to tasteGarnish: Grenadine rim, Skewered Lychee with black cherry inside (to resemble an eyeball)

Bursting with the flavour of ripe, sour cherries, this wintry cocktail recipe starring Southern Comfort is a perfect little winter warmer.

Method

  • Add all ingredients into shaker with ice
  • Rim glass with grenadine.
  • Shake and strain out ice.
  • Shake again with no ice.
  • Fine strain into glass.
  • Garnish with skewered lychee and black cherry.
