These cookies are viral right now, but sometimes you just want to get your fix at home. We've got you covered! Here's a dupe recipe we uncovered with a little twix twist!

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 170ºC.
  • In a bow cream together the butter and sugar for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl and add in the eggs, vanilla extract and rapeseed oil. Mix until well combined.
  • Add in the flour and baking powder and mix until you have a dough.
  • Mix in the chopped 12 Twix fun size bars.
  • Scoop the some cookie dough and roll into a ball. Leave space between each cookies as they will spread as they bake.
  • Arrange on baking paper or a silicone baking mat covered baking tray. Place 6 cookies on each tray.
  • Bake at 170°C for 14-16 minutes.
  • Allow the cookies to cool completely on the pan before continuing.
  • Once the cookies have cooled, heat the caramel dip in the microwave until it is warm and easily spreadable.
  • Spoon and spread salted caramel onto the top of each cookie.
  • Melt the chocolate by placing the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second increments, stirring between each, until the chocolate is completely smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe your melted chocolate onto the top of each cookie, then immediately place a mini Twix piece in the center.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in the fridge and serve chilled.
  • What do you think of the recipe?
