Dubai Chocolate Cups

Move over peanut butter, there's a new snack in town.

Ingredients

  • 200gMilk Chocolate
  • 200gPistachio Cream
  • 100gToasted Kadayif

Milk chocolate cases filled with a pistachio and roasted Kadayifi filling.

Method

  • Melt the chocolate and pour into your mold to create a shell, place in the fridge to harden
  • In a bowl combine the toasted Kadayif with half of the pistachio cream, mix well
  • Fill your chocolate shells with the Kadayif mixture leaving room to top with more pistachio cream
  • Cover the top with melted chocolate and chill till set
  • Remove from the molds
  • Optional - drizzle over some melted white chocolate and sprinkle over chopped pistachio nuts
