These simple treats are deceptively easy and so tasty. These Filo pastry shells filled with a delicious dubai chocolate crunchy filling!
Method
Preheat oven to 200ÂșC
In a bowl combine the Kadayif and the pistachio spread.
Brush one side of a filo sheet with melted butter, carefully turn over and brush the second side also.
Carefully pinch the top and bottom together carefully together to create a large bow shape.
Then do the same to the edges that are left. You should have a a shape now that resembles a 4 petal flower.
Place a scoop of pistachio Kadayif mix into the center of the filo, then carefully fold each 'petal' over the top to form a shell. Then place on a baking sheet.
Bake for around 10 mins, until the filo is browning at the edges. Be careful not to overbake for too long as you do not want to burn the filling.
