Dubai Filo Parcels

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 SheetsFilo Pastry Sheets
  • 400gPistachio Spread
  • 200gKadayif

These simple treats are deceptively easy and so tasty. These Filo pastry shells filled with a delicious dubai chocolate crunchy filling!

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200ÂșC
  • In a bowl combine the Kadayif and the pistachio spread.
  • Brush one side of a filo sheet with melted butter, carefully turn over and brush the second side also.
  • Carefully pinch the top and bottom together carefully together to create a large bow shape.
  • Then do the same to the edges that are left. You should have a a shape now that resembles a 4 petal flower.
  • Place a scoop of pistachio Kadayif mix into the center of the filo, then carefully fold each 'petal' over the top to form a shell. Then place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for around 10 mins, until the filo is browning at the edges. Be careful not to overbake for too long as you do not want to burn the filling.
