Indulgent soft chocolate, with a touch of salt, and mixed with crushed Lotus Biscoff, mini-eggs, and Peeps, because they're so cute!
Start my melting your chocolate and butter, over a pot of boiling water, or in 30 second increments in a microwave. Do this till everything is melted, and mix to combine.
Into the already tempting melted chocolate, add in the crushed Biscoff biscuits, your crushed mini-eggs, and your chopped up peeps.
Mix well, and transfer to a 9-inch, lined dish, or baking tray, and let chill in the fridge for a minimum of 45 mins. But you want this to be hard enough to stay together, but still soft to eat!
And that's, it, cut into 9 pieces, and enjoy!
