The absolute nostalgic crowd pleaser - Party Ring biscuit base with creamy cheesecake filling topped with an authentic royal icing marble.
Method
Crush up the Party Rings and mix together with the melted butter.
Fill your tin with the biscuit mixture and press down to create your cheesecake case. Chill.
In a bowl whip together the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract. Take care not to over whip, stop when you achieve firm but smooth peaks.
Spoon the cream mix into your tin and smooth. Place your cheesecake in the fridge while you prepare the icing sugar.
Pour a thin layer of pink icing sugar over the top of your cheesecake, followed by 3 white lines. Using a toothpick or the end of a knife, drag through to create the pattern of a party ring.
Place back in the fridge and leave overnight for best results.
