Two sheets of Puff pastry encasing a sweet pumpkin spiced center topped with an icing glaze. The perfect treat along side a steaming cup of coffee.
Preheat the oven at 180ÂșC
On top of one sheet of puff pastry, leaving an inch space around the outer edge, spread over a mixture of pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.
Brush the gap around the edge with water and place the second puff pastry sheet over the top.
Crimp the edge around the sheets using a fork.
Bake for around 25 to 30 mins until golden brown and allow to cool.
Once cooled cover the top with royal icing.
Slice and enjoy.
