We all know and love bagels so why not make them into a delicious nibble for your loved ones! Perfect with a Brewgooder x Twisted IPA.

Slice your bagels into little bagel chips. Toss in olive oil and everything bagel seasoning, then pop into a 180 C oven for 15 minutes or until they're golden and crispy

Dice your salmon, then add mayo, lemon juice and zest, sriracha (or your favourite hot sauce), salt, and pepper. Mix well, then set aside

Lightly pickle your red onion with vinegar, salt, and sugar

Pat dry your capers after removing them from the brine. Add your oil to a small pan over a high heat, then add your capers and fry until crispy.

Build your bagel bites, starting with a good helping of the salmon mix. Top with pickled onion, crispy capers, and some fresh dill. Enjoy!
