Inspired by the classic breakfast order, we've taken the sausage egg mcmuffin with a side of hash browns and turned it into a rice paper breakfast feast!
Following the pack instructions prepare your fillings. Cook the hash browns, fry the sausage meat and prepare your scrambled eggs in the way you prefer.
Crack a egg on top a plate, mix and add salt and pepper, then dip each rice paper sheet into the mixture. Lay out each sheet on a large surface overlapping with the next.
Layer on your fillings towards the bottom of the sheets, we started with hash browns. Then layered on our sausage meat and then your scrambled egg.
Season well then roll from bottom to top, making sure all the filling is encased. Once done carefully spiral, brush with the leftover egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place in an airfryer for 5 - 7 mins at 200ÂșC, or until golden brown.
